Pulmonary Scar on Right Apex

I don't know if I was so unfortunate not to pass the pre-employment medical for qatar last month. I had my first x-ray done on january of this year and it says: "There are no active infiltrates. The heart is not enlarged. There are no significant findings." Because of this result I decided to apply for a job abroad only to find out that I can not make it to qatar because of my recent x-ray result done in another diagnostics somewhere in malate. I had to repeat my x-rays and had to have a "Spot X-ray". After two sets of x-ray examinations, the agency called me up and informed me that I failed and won't be able to get the job offer.  The x-ray result is "Pulmonary Scar on Right Apex". All other examinations are negative.

Just this month I was able to get another job here in the philippines and I already signed the probationary contract. One of the pre-employment checklists include a medical exam. Worried that my recent x-ray result  may hinder my employment locally, I consulted a physician. I told the doctior I didn't have any (not that I know of) past history of TB. She said I had the scar because of an "untreated TB" maybe few years back. Thinking I might encounter a problem again re my x-ray, both of us decided I'd take medications for TB. For 4 days now I am taking Fixcom4, 4 tabs 1 hour before breakfast for better absorption. She said I have to take these tabs for 2 weeks at least before undergoing another medical exam particularly x-ray. There is a discoloration in my urine, it is really red. Is it okay to have a pre-employment urine exam with this color?

Kindly advice me on what else to do before having another x-ray exam. How will I know if my scar is active or not without undergoing a sputum or bloodtest? I wonder why my first x-ray didn't say I have a pulmonary scar. Do I need to get back to them and ask why they didn't notice? Can I still use the result of my x-ray last january 30, 2009 so that I won't undergo another x-ray for my local employment?

PLEASE I BADLY NEED ADVICE ON THIS.

Thank you so much!

Hello, I have the same problem with you Grenadine..I had to have an x ray of lungs to get a visa, and they've realized sth abnormal in the lungs but they couldn't understand the reason..Then the same day I went to another doctor (because I was so worried), and had another x ray, but they didn't realize anything abnormal??I was convinced with what the doctor told me, but I had a CT 2 months later, because I really wanted to know why one of the radiologist realized sth abnormal where the other one couldn't..Results of my CT revealed sth abnormal again, but the throax doc told me that it could be sth because of a past TB that is not treated..I really wonder what is the reason for this different X Ray Results.
