This is not a question but my experience with Spiriva. After using Spiriva for 5 weeks the tip of my tongueTongue tie felt like it was on fire. I went off Spiria for 5 days and the pain left so I started again.
I think the pain was caused because I forgot at times to place the tip of my tongueTongue tie under the mouth piece but had it inline with the outlet of the mouth piece. I now place my tongueTongue tie under the mouth piece and try and keep the rest of my tongueTongue tie as low as I can when I inhale Spiriva So far so good.
I do find the front of my shins itch when on spiriva.
You may want to rinse your mouth out after each treatment. People who take inhaled brochodilators and/or corticosteroids have a tendency to get thrush in their mouths. This manifests as a tingling sensation and also white patches on the tongue for which you may need antibiotics for. Hope this helps
