Recurring throat and nose discomfort; other related problems

I am sorry if I made a mistake in categorizing my issue(s). Its just a very confusing problem and I don't even know where to start.
About 2 years ago, I had sexual relations with another man that involved brief oral sex (with no ejaculation) and kissing. I had gingivitis at the time (without knowing about it). A few days afterwards, I started to get flu-like symptoms (runny nose, throat pain, white mucus discharge from the throat, joint pain, and a low grade fever - about 37 degrees celcius). This lasted for about three weeks, however, the symptoms that I had never really went away.. I still had mucus in my nose and there was a large presence of phlegm in my throat which forced me to clear it very often. To make matters worse, the original "illness" would relapse for a few days at the end of every month for another 6 months.
Then, I stopped getting relapses, but everytime I would get sick with something, the symptoms would never quite go away. So, I still had excessive mucus in my nose.. high presence of phlegm in my throat (frequent clearing of throat)... then, since a spell of diaorrhea, my feces has become orange-yellow in color, and it hurts to eliminate. I get stomach pains everytime I drink after a meal. Any scratches or cuts that I get are also very slow to heal, leaving first a red blotch and then a black one that never seems to go away. I also get itchy skin everytime I shower or go into a swimming pool - it has nothing to do with shampoo.
Parents and friends have started to show similar symptoms.

I have a question on a few symptoms I have had for a few months now. One symptom I am having is having a hard time to breath because my nose is clogged up. Then it seems I get build up mucous that I have to cough up that's white. I'm not sure if I am having an allergic reaction to something or not. It's not bad, more frustrating and irritating than anything. I don't have a clue to what may be the cause of it. Does anyone have any ideas?

I suggest you get tested for Hepitus C,and other types of Hepatitus,as those are some of the symptoms(disclaimer:Not my place to tell you what you have,but have you asked others in the gay community about this?If you are avoiding gay men,and not trying to find out if these symptoms could be something in the gay community(besides other places)please do so. It's nothing to be ashamed of. But if you avoid it,you cannot find out what others who might know about it,have for information. I would even suggest a gay men's clinic;they are usually very confidential. If people around you are having the same symptoms,it is your responsibility to find out what it is.
