Respiratory matter

Last January i suffered bronco fever as the diagnose of my  doctor. And just 2 weeks ago I suffered persistent coughing so i undergo x-ray and my Roentgenological Result was:

Chest PA shows a fairly density at the right perihilar area
Rest of the Lungs are clear
Trachea is at the midline
Heart with in normal
Diaphragm is depressed

Impression: Rule out right hilar mass considere vascular etiology
