Right Paralyzed Diaphragm and Right Partial Lower Lung Collapsed

I have never smoked, I am 46, I am overweight, but have had the paralyzed right diaphagrm and right lower lung collapse. What are the symptoms to that? What can I do to make it better? I cannot lay down flat. I have a hard time breathing with doing things. I have found out also that I have asthma. Will I have to have oxygen in my future. What is my prognosis? I thank you for your time.
