Running nose all most everyday

Hi, I have probelm of running nose and water comming from my eyes everyday, it start when i wakeup at morning. same time it so difficult to breath even talk. I am in computer software and hardware related profession, it is so difficult to work and talk to my client and staff durring this problem. Most of the time it stop without any particular reasone or medicine but I noted that in afternoon time if i am in fresh air than it automaticully stoped. please help for this I suffuring since last 7 years.
