Scared about Possible Sarcoidosis

I will let you know first that I have not been diagnosed, my GP thinks it's anxiety.  But I have a number of probs the possibilities after looking into it could be MS, ME or Sarcoidosis.

Big list of MS related symptoms, spots in front of eyes, joint and muscle pain, pins and needles, twitching neck with electric shocks in head, buzzing sensations which is rythmic, raynaud's symptoms, one cold hand one normal, uneven pupils (Argyll-Robertson Pupil), Terry Nails.

Lots of bloodwork done, all normal except fluctuating Calcium level.  Thyroid normal. FBC, ESR, ANA, Albumin normal.  EFGR normal. Glucose normal.  2 Chest X rays both normal. ECGs find sinus tachy.  Ectopic beats, palps.  Petechiae. Fatigue. Sweats. Inner trembles. Burping, bloating. Red throat not sore (crimson crescents). generalised itching, but a lot on and around my nose and eyes. Itching inside ears. Not filling lungs properly.

Really scared, need advice.

Actually, the flucuating calcium DOES suggest possible sarcoidosis, as sarcoidsosis (with attendent excess Vitamin D produced by cell-deficent bacteria living in macrophages) can cause calcium deregulation.
