Shortness of breath and back pain

I also have shortness of brath, fatigue and pain between the shoulder blades.  I was told that it could be my gall bladder - is that so?

Could be galbladder or an infection of the lung lining called Pluracy.  (Spelling might be bad but info isn't!!!)  I had my galbladder out 4 years ago if you can keep it KEEP IT but if not then get it out mine almost killed me no joking.  I had mine cause almost all organs to shut down!!  pancreas liver and kidneys were shutting down.  Get it checked
