Singulair - how long 'til it works?

I am starting Singulair use with my doctor's recommendation.  How long does one usually have to take it before they notice improvements with asthma/allergy symptoms?  Thanks!

This varies with the level of inflammation you are experiencing and other medications that are being given at the same time.  It could take days to a month to see changes, if there are going to be any at all.  If you are not better in a month, I would speak with your physician again to determine the next steps.
