I have been to the dr with a severe sinus infection, & he put me on 3 weeks of antibiotics. During the day
I'm OK, but when I lie down at night to go to sleep, I get a really bad throbbing sensation in my jaw back to my
ear. If I eat some crackers, the pain eases up enough to get to sleep, but not enough to stay asleep.
Why does eating crackers help, and is there anything else I can do at night to get & stay asleep?
Also, I have heard about apple cider vinager as a sinus help remedy. Does it do any good.
