Sinus Pressure

Can anybody tell me anything postive about sinus surgery all I hear is people taking antibiotics and steriods after the surgery. Is the surgery really working for anybody? I had polyps removed and I still had the headaches and pain all the time does anybody have a answer .

This discussion is related to Chronic sinus infection recurred post-op.
