I'm taking garlic and vitamin-c or ester-c

I have blocked nose 24/7 for almost my life. Also have taken so many medicines and variety of sprays for years.

Just got tired...switched to garlic and vitamin-c just a month ago. we'll see what happened...I have to be patient!

My son has chronic sinusitis with a history of multiple infections and 3 surgeries so his case is pretty severe. However, he was tested for allergies, results were positive so he gets allergy shots which we hope will help him in the long run. He has found relief with acupuncture - it keeps his congestion draining which is uncomfortable but he has not had an infection since he started it. We have been to several doctors over the years and I have done much reading. Our most recent eval was at the Mayo clinic and all agree that using a saline nasal rinse is a good idea. I think you have to find what works for you as an individual. Good luck!
