Sinus pressure in one eye.

I have pressure in one eye which is the left eye. On top of that I feel a sever sharp pain like someone is sticking a pen in my eye accompanied with a very strong headache. It is only on one side of my head, the left side. I also have that side of my nose stuffed up. What concerns me the most is the constant pressure in my eye and when I goe to lay down I feel dizzy and when I get up I feel dizzy for a few second and it goes away. My question is could this really be a sinus infection, or is it something more severe? and what could I do to relieve it at the moment?
