Sinusitis and Psuedomonas Infection

My sinuses are blocked. I had surgery to remove polyps from my nostril. Polyps were on both nostrils but because of excessive bleeding, only one nostril was cleared of polyps. Now I have breathing difficulties whenever the ambient temperature drops. I have continuous sniffle and mucus in my head and throat. Do I have an infection of a bacteria? No culture has been done.
My doctor only prescribes Nasarel and asked me to rinse with saline solution. Is this enough?
