Sleep Disorder

As soon as I fall asleep and sometimes on my way to sleep I am still somewhat awake I startle out of sleep and sit up or try to I am weak and sometimes feel scared.  Like my body had to wake it's self up in order to breath again or startle because it feels like my respirations were going to low.  My heart races and feels very stressed.  Sometimes my arm, leg, or whole side of my body is asleep.  This usually happens about 6-10 times until about 1 hour has passed.  Then I seem to sleep O.K. but the dreams are so vivid and crazy that I feel tense while I sleep.  I wake up with achy feet and hands like I've been through a war. And I don't want to get out of bed.  I'm still tired. I have sleep studies and they say I have a mild sleep apnea but I have more HYPOAPENEAS.  I can actually feel my shallow breathing right before this happens.  I also have low blood pressure.They sal also I don't get enough of REM sleep.   I am so scared I won't wake up some nights.  The stress on my heart and body is really getting to me.  They say they can't monitor my Blood pressure at the sleep clinics.  Is their any medicine or natural things that can help hypoapneas. I also have a deviated septum. and I wake up with headaches many mornings.  The shallow breathing even happens during the day if I'm taking a nap.  I need help................. thanks, Ally
