You must be a mouth breather if you have problems with breathing from your noseNose fracture...I have noticed that alot of people are mouth breathers during sleep. Do you happen to snore as well? If you do, it could be from obstruction of the soft tissue in your throatCancer - throat or larynx Throat swab culture which would cause the apneasApnea monitor Apnea of prematurity Breathing - slowed or stopped Central sleep apnea Obstructive sleep apnea Sleep apnea. I would go through with the CPAP for a few reasons. One, at least I would know if it would be helpful in decreasing my apneas or not. Two...I would also know if my sleep apnea was to blame for my anxiety issues or not as well. If it is, then there would be one less med to take.
