Smelling noxious odors no one else does.
73 y/o man with history of renal cell cancer.  He has had a sudden onset of smelling, and sometimes tasting, ammonia or another bitter smell.  Could this be disease related?  Could it be medication related and, if so, what medications might produce this sensation?  He is currently taking oxycodone products for pain and compazine for frequent nausea.  He could really use some help.  Thank You.
