Smelly breathing

Why would I have a bad smell coming out of my lungs

If it is definitely from the lungs, an abcess (abscess) can be very foul smelling. Other causes may not be stemming from your lungs...For instance, tooth abcesses or poor dental hygiene would cause a foul odor along with badly infected sinuses. I know that there are other causes....You really should get a good examination from a doctor, especially if you have other symptoms. Do you have other symptoms besides a foul odor such as pain, temp etc...?
