Sore Throat with my real cough or fever

Hi. I am a 30year old female. I have had a sore throat, inflamed right tonsil and itchy skin. These symptoms have persisted for 7 days my body is incredibly itchy everywhere especially my forearms and my legs to my scalp and when I scratch my skin patches of small red bumps appear... my tonsil is very sore, and I itch everywhere. I don't know what to do and am worrying that these could be symptoms of something serious... I have tons of hospital bills and would rather wait this thing out myself and not have to go to the doctor.
