Mongolian blue spots may have been there before but either not seen, or believed to be of no importance, by the previous radiologists.
If this “spot” truly is new, since the last s-ray, 8 months ago, it would most likely represent a slight, insignificant infection. Over time many people develop small, inconsequential “spots”.
At the age of 32 and a non-smoker, the chances of a small spot being anything serious are extremely low. That is to say that you, very likely, have nothing to worry about.
