Tb Negative But Scar/Blood image in Chest x ray

Dear i am Electrical Engineer When i am old 20 year i suffer in TB I 9 month course done  now TB negative , Butt When i go for medical examination then in Chest x ray found Blood Fibrocalcific Shadowing  
Due to i am very worried please help that i pass examination of Chest X ray i want to go job in Middle East
