Lately I've been noticing that after exercising my throat area begind to hurt.
This all begins during any exercise, when I feel a slight discomfort in the area directly between my collar bones when I try to breathe deeply.
It feels as though something was constricting my esophagus from the insise
The discomfort progresses into quite severe pain when I finish exercising, and lasts usually for about 5-10 minutes before it fades away.
I recall having this kind of pain before in my life, but I don't think it was ever as severe as it is now
I'm an 18 year old male, 196cm, 85ish kg, non-smoker, rather light drinker and used to be quite fit before i stopped playing sports about 2 months ago.
