Trach mask

My mother has been in the hospital since July 26th, she presented with cellulittis of the upper inner thighs,very uncommon, and that turned into a very rare bacteria and she is now on dialysis and has since been weaned off a ventilator, she is now on the trach mask (fenestrated and I believe size 5-6) it has been about 2 weeks off the vent and on the trach mask, whats next how long will this stage last? She is being corked for longest time 2 hrs 45 mins.
Any help suggestions or thoughts.... Its been really a really tough road and I am getting married in 2 weeks
