Unknown medical condition

So, I have been having bronchitis symptoms the last five days. I went to the ER and after a CT Scan, the radiologist noticed a "mass" on the left lung. From what he was telling me, I could have chronic pneumonia or a tumor. When asking around, a few radiologists told me that pneumonia doesn't show up as a dark mass, however a tumor does. I am really confused. Will someone please help me figure out what is going on. I am stressed to the max and really would like to feel calm and know what I should do to feel better.
