Hello.  First of all thank you so much for this forum and the time you spend answering our questions.  I recently had a WBC - Automated done as some routine bloodwork.  Everyting came out "normal" except the following which came back "abnormal"

Neut % =0.79     H
Lymph% =0.15     L
Lymph ABS = 1.30 L
Urea = 2.4       L
CK = <20         L

What do these tests & levels indicate?  Thanks so much.

All these values are actually normal.  Your doctor will need to answer your question about what these tests and levels indicate for you.
