I am trying going off sugars (including honey, agarve etc) again, and then I will eat them again and see what happens.
i have f ace such a problem of irritating dry cough i have used different cough syrups but still its on... dnt know what to do! cough increases especially when something passes through the throat either solid or liquid. i'll try not to use sugars and see if it will work with me....
