Website that might help with chronic tickly cough

Just came across this site:  http://www.lionsgrip.com/cosymptoms.html
which I am going to re-read and then find myself some natural B vits.

I'm also going to start a bit of a journal and carry some hot water in a flask, as recommended by someone else.

I live in UK, and I've had my funny chronic tickly cough and watering eyes for about 12 years and put it down to being allergic to house dust, electromagnetic radiation from computers etc., possibly dog dander, different perfumes etc. etc.  I've just put up with it as it is better sometimes (notably when I'm on holiday - away from dogs, computers, my own diusty house!) and it doesn't bother me much at night.

It would be good if someone else could try the B vitamin thing and report back here.
