What does my chest xray mean?

I had a chest xray which read minimal right infrahilar opacities are identified, apparently within the right lower lobe, superior segment. Findings may represent atelectasis or infiltrate. There is no pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Cardiomediastinal is unremarkable.

Impression: Minimal right lower lobe opacity/

I was wondering if anyone had an xray like this or knows better what this means? My doctor was very general and said it sounds like an infection.

Thanks, I'm a bundle of nerves!!!!!
