What is CBPD?

does anyone know what this means?

With respect to the lung parenchyma, now evidence of a pattern a centrilobular bronchocentric parenchymal disease seen at the multifocal levels within the right lung, in the right upper lobe, superior segment of the right lower lobe as well as some within the right middle lobe, accompanied by some foci of ground glass opacity.

They saw an increase in a lesion on my lung and this is what the CT report says.
