What is a normal oxygen level for Pulmonary Fibrosis?

My 78 yr. old grandmother is visiting me in Miami Florida. She has Pulmonary Fibrosis and is on oxygen. She is very active and I was wondering what is considered low oxygen level for someone in her condition.

At sea level, a low oxygen level would be an arterial oxygen at or below 55 mm Hg, or an arterial oxygen saturation at or below 88 percent, taken at rest, breathing room air.

If your grandmother came to Miami from a high altitude, such as Denver, she would probably not need as high an oxygen flow as she does at the higher altitude.
