What is interstitial pneumonititis

I was resently diagnoised and would like to find out more information regarding interstitial pneumonititis. My Pulmonoligist believes it was caused by a toxic reaction to my arthritis medication "methotrexate". How can I get more information what this is?

In this MedFact under the heading of “What are the causes of ILD” both rheumatoid arthritis and chemotherapy medication are listed. Methotrexate is a chemotherapy medication. You are welcome to share this information with your doctor.
