What is the crinkling noise in my throat when i was up?
I'm thinking it might be Silent reflux, from some things i've read, but haven't been to a doctor about it - well, my GP didn't know what it was. maybe from eating too much sugar the night before or something. anyone else experience this and know what it is? i can hear it, it's like quiet little bubbles breaking and making a crinkling noise, like a light fizz in the back of my throat, while i'm lying in bed in the morning. it does a noise for 3-4 seconds, then stops, then again after 10 sec of silence. Thanks.
