What should be the treatment of Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis??

My dad is suffering from extra pulmonary TB, TB is effecting his wrist joint (Diagnosed after surgery). He started using medicine one month ago but these drugs are causing severe effects on Liver. Following are the results of his recent Liver Function Test:
SGPT(ALT)   351 U/L
SGOT(AST) 126 U/L
Bilirubin Total 1.8 mg/dl
Bilirubin Conjugated (Direct) 1.2 mg/dl
Bilirubin Unconjugated (indirect) 0.6 mg/dl

Moreover, he is a diabetic patient and since the start of treatment his blood sugar level is on rise.
kindly guide me what should be his treatment?
Should we converge to Homeopathic medicine?
