Wheezing

Hello all - I have had some sort of fluid in my lungs for almost a year now, and have never gotten it checked until now.  I have an apoitment in a few days with the doctor.

My wheeze is weird.  It comes and goes and I casn hear gurgling when I breathe in and exhale.  Also sometimes I can feel the fluid like "dripping" If i try to cough it up it generally goes away for a little and than comes back.

I can hear it gurgling around and I can feel it.  I do not cough at all and I have never coughed up blood.

I would think if this has been going on for a year and its the same problem its not cancerous.   I am 25 y/o and smoke about 3 - 5 cigs a day...I can go weeks without smoking as well.

I am just nervous and maybe looking for someone to help calm me down before I go to the doctor.  Any information would help

Let me just clarify, I did not mean to post lungs....its ony in one of my lungs (the right one) the left one is completely fine
