Wheezing getting worse
I recently had a respiratory infection and took antibiotics for it, but since then the wheezing, which my doctor found, has gotten much worse. If I inhale deeply I can hear some squeak or vibration/sound in my chest.  It feels weird and is not getting better.  It reminds of the vibrations a straw would make when sucking the last drops of a drink.   It is beginning to concern me.  Is this just the remnants of the infection, or is this something else entirely?

here is a clip from a website.

Asthma, emphysema and chronic bronchitis usually cause wheezing on the exhale. A wheeze or noise upon inhaling is usually caused by an obstruction in the upper part of the respiratory tract, according to Charles P. Felton, M.D.   http://www.mothernature.com/Library/Bookshelf/Books/16/265.cfm
