I am 47 years old and in very good health. I am not overweight. I use to be a runner but have not exercised for about a year. I have been trying to get back in shape but I am extremely short of breath after 30 minutes on the treadmill. I feel great when I am exercising but afterwards I am extremely tired and short of breath. I can't figure out if I am just out of shape or older and not warming up the way i should. The shortness of breath will last for hours after only 30 minutes of exercise. There is no wheezing of coughing. I find myself yawning alot.
