Why did I wake up with an ache in my chest?

I woke up with an aching pain in my chest when I move,I'm a 13 year old male. I'm not sure why I'm having chest aches, the only time I had it was when I had pneumonia.

If this ache is your only symptom – no cough, fever, phlegm, or chills – this is likely to be from your sleeping awkwardly or in a cramped or twisted position.  But you should think back on your activities – either sports or working – during the past 48 hours to recall if you might have done anything to injure your chest.  If the pain is not gone in 2 to 3 days or if you develop any of the other symptoms mentioned above, you should see your doctor to have this checked-out, because pneumonia and a number of other lung conditions can give you chest pain.
