Why did thye release my Father

Ok my Father was admitted to the hospital last Thursday with Phenomia...He also has Severe Emhpysima. He has a ton of fluid in and around his lungs. They drained 700 milliliters to relieve his chest. They were going to do another procedure Monday and changed there minds????? My Father has been on a lot of pain meds... We told the DR's that he has been asking us to bring him his own pain meds for the pain!!!!!! We think they do not want to do the procedure because of what we told them. Now he is home and basically suffocating to death. I dont understand why they would release him in that condition... ANYONE????
