Why does my right lung hurt near the bottom?

Okay, so I quit smoking cigarettes 3 months ago, and almost immediately noticed weird pains in the right side of my chest. They've finally localized to one or two spots, both along the bottom side of my right lung. The pain comes and goes throughout each day, and can be sharp or dull, but very annoying. I've also been coughing up black stuff since I quit, mostly in the morning. And occasionally streaked with blood. I smoked about 15 a day for 7 years, and I've smoked marijuana 5 times or so daily for 9 years. I'm 25 years old. I took a 5 day antibiotic for bronchitis and it didn't work. I'm just concerned after seeing some blood in my sputum, and since my lung pain has persisted for 3 months now. What is going on? I had been attributing this all to quitting smoking cigarettes. Is it my continued weed smoking?

I also have no cough anymore, and I smoked e cigarettes instead of cigarettes for 3 of those 7 years.
