Why does one side of my throat and chest feel clogged and discomfort?

I have been dealing with this issue for about 3 months. I an continuously clearing the right side of my throat and the right side of my chest feels funny. It is uncomfortable and I feel like I cant breathe properly. I have a dry cough and zero to minimal mucus when clearing my throat. My primary doctor believed it is acid reflux and given medication but it is not helping. I had a CT scan and a chest xray and both of them were clear. I am at a total loss and don't know what to do. Has anyone ever had these symptoms before?
