Yawning action when talking.
Hi

My wife has pointed something out to me that i did not know i was doing, she has said i have been doing it for a while, anyway apparently when i go to speak or start speaking i do a yawning action it's not a full yawn just the action as tho i am going to yawn perhaps taking a slightly bigger breath than normal and then talk as normal.

Anyone know why i might be doing this all of a sudden and not knowingly know i do it ?????

Thanks

Hello and hope you are doing well.

It could just be an indication that you may need more air into the lungs. It could be normal phenomenon. However, if develop symptoms of breathlessness, consult your doctor for an evaluation.

Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
