about pleural effusion

sir i have 20 cc pleural effusion in left side but it found about after 02 year so i take a antibiotic medicen and after 07 days remain just 2cc in altrasound report. now in my chest x ray still some cloud present so what could i do because this cloud made me unfit in medical report for getting the different jobs purpose so please  tell me what can i do

Normally 10-20 ml of pleural fluid is similar in composition to blood plasma and is a normal finding. However, if there are lung opacities, then it could be pneumonia, tuberculosis, cancer, or any other infection. If this was an incident finding during routine X-ray, then this should not cause any concern. If your doctor feels the need
