about ptb minimal

my daughter diagnose that she had a ptb minimal so she take a myrapin forte 4 tab. a day for two months now im worried to my other children the age is 10, 6 and 1 year my daugther who had a ptb minimal is 12 yrs. old now can i ask what medicine or vitamins ill give to my other children who had no ptb minimal.this last 3 days i felt pain in my tonsil connect to my right chest and back.
