another question regarding burning sensation.

hello, I am pretty sure the pain was caused from a pulled muscle, because it started to go away and when i move it felt more like a stretching burning sensation and now it is almost completly gone, and it felt like it was on the outside of the skin and not actually in the lung, what do you think?

With this additional information, I agree that the cause of your chest pain is most likely musculoskeletal.  However another cause could be a pinched or stretched nerve.  You should be avoiding lifting and stretching as much as possible.  If the pain does not go away completely with rest you would still need a chest x-ray.
