any information on pulmonary hypertension

I was recently dx with PH and it doesnt seem like there is a lot of information avaliable. Most of what I am finding is only 10 - 15 years old and with the Dr. wanting to start me on tracleer ( which by the way is terribly expensive ) I am wondering why choose this med and not one of the others. Also have I been handed a death sentence? It almost feels like it. What I have read doesnt sound to encouraging.
