hi my 2 yr old son has oxygen levels go down to 72 oxy in the middle of the night and stay at around the 87s dose he have a problem also is cheast funnels in when he sleeps and he snores he also coughs a lot when he his sleeping

first of all have you had him seen by a doctor? when the chest does that he is working to breath. his normal o2 sats during the day should be 95-100 and at night they can go down, not that low like around 90. I have seen Crhis' sat at 70 before and the struggle he ahd. It could be sllep apena. My now 9 year old ahd sleep apena at 2 and had his tonsikls out and that helped, but I don't believe that his sats dropped.
Something isn't right. ask your doctor for an apena monitor. are you saying that during the day his sats's are 87 that too is still too low.
