asthma at night

by jimdamnit, Dec 28, 2008 10:22PM
I use to work graveyard shift for 4 years. Never had continuous night asthma problems. I slept during the day. Once I started working during the day. Then sleeping during the night. My asthma started acking up to semi severe asthma. I have cats. During the night I keep my room temperature about 55 to 65 degrees. I notice a few times that I was exposed to cold weather below 40 degrees. I would get some acute asthma attacks. I need help.

This discussion is related to Night asthma due to cat allergy.
