asthma

by sandra151167, Aug 04, 2009 03:35PM
I live in the UK and my GP  reckons  that if u have asthma u must have wheezing and a cough and no mucus .
Is tihs true or not ? As I have  read u can have a thin clear mucus and breathlessness and in most adult cases u dont have to have a cough. Also they use Salamol to see if the , breathlessness is reversible, I have read that u may need a stronger pump to reverse the symptom as the blue pump Salamol may not work as good due to the mucus on the lungs. I am well confused. Guys help me out
