bad/foul smell fromnostril

For the love of God can anyone out there help me or direct me where to get some help from this nasty foul smell that coming out of my left nostril, this started about november last year,i was getting nose bleed and lots of sneezing, went to a local clinic was prescribed nesonex,i left for Africa for a month and didn't have any smell, nose bleed or a feeling of stuffy nose,came back in january and now the smell back extreme strong but this time my nose is not stuffy, after 3 visits to a local MD in downtown Phoenix and prescribing me doses of cefuroxime 500g and prednisone 5mg with no positive result i paid a visit to a ENT who used a microscope to look on the back of my throat,nose and ears and could'nt find anything wrong, not even sinus/allergy infections,and he asked me to stop taking the above medication, he performed a CT scan and everything looks normal, i  losing my mind and running out of hope, i work in sales and this makes it very hard to interact  with customer not alone my workmates because i worried they will smell the foul smell, secondly i dont have health insurance and and paying everything from my little saving, PLease if anyone has any usefull information help help, not to forget i been using Neil med sinus rinse everyday with no luck please help

Get yourself a nettie pot..    Flush your nostril out with warm sea salt water.

The nasal odor is usually caused by an anaerobic bacteria, which usually doesn't cause enough congestion to be detected by an ENT.  A neti pot or Neilmed may not work, because gravity limits their effectiveness to the lower sinuses, and the stink seems to come from the upper sinuses..  The only way to flush it out is a Flip-Turn Sinus Flush, which has been effective for many people with this problem.  It's risky, because you have ideally bend over in a shower, but you can do it outside in the grass in swimwear for greater safety.  Yes, I had the same problem more than once, but never again.
