bad smell in nose

I have the same foul smell in my nose. It smells like rotting flesh. I had a tooth pulled about two months ago. The root of the tooth was embedded in my sinuses. The stinking smell would drain from the hole where the tooth was pulled into my mouth. I spit it out and it's yellow in color. I finally went to the doctor and he gave me a shot plus a strong antibotic (antibiotic) and a histimine pill. Hopefully the antibotic (antibiotic) will clear up this smell.
